GUEST APARTMENT

FFF has a guest apartment for rent for the duration of one week to two months. FFF members have priority and extra affordable prices. The apartment may also be rented by other artists as well as curators and culture workers. The apartment is located right next to FFFs offices at Møllergata 34, in the center of Oslo.

About the apartment:
The apartment is 37 square meters - one room and a bathroom. The main room includes a kitchen space, living room with a sofa bed and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There is a screen available (not attached to cable - or TV-signals). Please note that while there is an internet connection available, it is highly unstable at times. The apartment has a shared entrance with one other tenant and a studio tenant, but is otherwise private.

The apartment is not suitable for children. No pets or smoking allowed.

Keys:
Keys can be picked up by appointment during office hours Mon - Fri between 10.00 - 15.00.

Final cleaning:
The above prices do not include final cleaning. We can provide the final cleaning for an extra fee of 600,- NOK. If you do not order a final cleaning, you are responsible for the cleaning yourself, and you are expected to return the apartment to us in the same state it was received. If this is not adhered to, there may be additional fees. If your stay exceeds 4 weeks, the cleaning fee is not optional.
