After several years as costume designer I have moved in the direction of photography and visual arts. I now work between two extremes:
A series based conceptual intellectual practice, and on the other side a more feminist, political, expressionist. Likely the result of being half Belgian and half Colombian. I work with installation, objects, sound, photography and video. I see my projects as a need, it strikes me that visuallity is an essential tool for communication I todays society.
